Kvalifikācijas darbs “Mājas automatizācijas sistēma” dod iespēju lietotājam veikt manipulācijas ar sistēmā reģistrētām ierīcēm. Ierīču lietotājam nav jābūt arī ierīces īpašniekam, kas sistēmu padara elastīgu ģimenēm un draugiem. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izveidot sistēmu, kas ir viegli lietojama un ierīkojama jebkurā mājoklī. Lai pilnvērtīgi lietotu aplikāciju ir jāveic divas darbības: 1. Jāizveido lietotāja piekļuves konts. 2. Jāreģistrē jaunu ierīci vai jāpieprasa lietošanas tiesības kāda lietotāja ierīcei. Innovative control logics for a rational utilization of electric loads and air-conditioning systems in a residential building

The paper focuses on the evaluation of the impact on residential buildings of innovative control logics defined for a rational utilization of the electric loads and air-conditioning systems. The control logics are implementable thanks to a Decision Support and Energy Management Systems developed by the same authors and easily installable in new and still-existing houses. The paper shows how a significant reduction of the primary energy consumption can be obtained by controlling the air-conditioning units together with the other electric loads of the house. Abstract A distributed expert system has been proposed for the smart house control. Its configuration is mainly based on the use of distributed nodes connected by means of a CAN network. This kind of systems allow the implementation of highly flexible control systems capable of adapting themselves to different situations. Most advantages that the smart grid will bring derive from its capability of improving reliability performance and customers' responsiveness and encouraging greater efficiency decisions by the customers. In this optic, the paper presents an innovative Energy Management System for smart houses, allowing the optimization of the electricity cost and electrical energy consumption and, at the same time, preserving the end-user comfort.
